I wish I could give Marcella Simmons a 10 across the board, but unfortunately we’re limited to five stars. From the moment Marcella was introduced to us by our out-of-state realtor, Amie Dodson, she got straight to work.
After our initial Zoom interview, my husband and I decided we wanted to pursue a new build—and Marcella immediately hit the ground running. She personally visited multiple neighborhoods, showed us the surrounding areas, mapped out nearby grocery stores, and kept us informed on the local market in case we decided to pivot. Since we lived more than eight hours away from the Research Triangle, we knew buying from afar would be challenging, but we were incredibly lucky to have a realtor like Marcella who truly went above and beyond for our family.
When we finally came in person, she somehow raised the bar even higher. Marcella spent 36 hours over three straight days showing us homes and neighborhoods. Once we made our decision, she proved yet again that she is a force to be reckoned with. Watching her negotiate was jaw-dropping—both my husband and I were genuinely blown away by her skill, confidence, and results.
