We feel so very fortunate to have Julie as our realtor! My fiancé and I were completely new to home buying when we met her and Don. We just knew how many beds/baths we wanted and we needed accessibility for my father. From there she took it away! We didn’t have to do any searching of our own and she found a home we love! Julie and Don explained the home buying process very thoroughly to us and were completely transparent with all the costs involved! Beyond that, Julie is an absolutely wonderful person who sincerely cares about your best interest and well being. I sold one of my rental properties remotely through Melinda. The unit needed 26k in repairs, multiple contractors, coordination of each. Deadlines to be met. Quality of upgrades to optimize sale. As you may well know, rehab is a quagmire of contractors, permits, inspections, and appraisals.

Reggie was very proactive in providing information on the housing market in areas I was interested in and was very insightful as we toured houses. He was especially helpful in outlining the process, walking us through each step, and connecting us with his contacts. Overall, he made the homebuying process as smooth as it can be.

Let me put it to you this way... Socha Goyette is a real estate FORCE OF NATURE; God help the person that would be working against her because it will take nothing short of divine intervention for them to get one over on her!
She helped us sell a property out east of Manatee County, raw land, and she helped us get $30,000 MORE than we were asking! Then we bought a home using those funds which she also helped us with and helped us negotiate a price reduction of $20,000 on some PRIME REAL ESTATE (generational grade real estate).
On top of that there were numerous nuances with the property purchase that she helped us navigate with ease, and these were not trivial nuances, these were nuances that would cause 90%+ of offers to fall through.
She did all of this for MONTHS, anytime we were interested in a property and wanted to know more or tour it, she had a custom personalized video breaking down the home/property, and recent comps near by that sold over the last 6 months. When we would get to the property she would have a folder with EVERYTHING SHE HAD on the property all professionally organized... EVERY SINGLE TIME!
She even kept in contact with us during her vacations or trips over the holiday season! She didn't have to do that, she chose to do that!
This is not even touching how personable she is; if you can't have a great discourse with her then you definitely need therapy because this woman is a RIOT to talk to, and she has great use of meme's in text chatting! She also genuinely cares about her clients and their family, which I suspect fuels the fire for her in being that "force of nature" I stated earlier.
