When My wife and I were selling our Cabin we hired Katelyn which turned out to be an excellent choice. She was spot on when suggesting the listing price and that it would not last long because of our location. She was very professional and new the market well. Afew times when something was not clear to us she would come over and made sure we understood the process. Any time I called she was always willing to go the extra mile and made us feel like friends not just clients. We had to add a handrail on a stairway to comply with bank inspection, She and her husband Brady came over on a sunday and did the job,no added cost. Katelyn is a very caring and generous person

Tiffany is awesome! Remote video tours, quick responses with detailed information, very knowledgable about the are, and super friendly. This experience was quite stressful as closing was delayed until after thanksgiving. Tiffany even found us temporary housing for the week of thanksgiving so we weren't living in a hotel for the holiday! Extremley grateful to have her on our team!

Brenda did an amazing job getting to know us and finding out what we were looking for. We had a pretty tight set of parameters that really limited the number of houses we were interested in. She was patient and kept showing us houses in our price range and finally the right one popped up. We made the offer and she walked us through the whole process. She helped us line up financing and attorney. Her team set us up with the utility switch over and gave us advise about securing insurance. I have nothing but good things to say about her and would recommend her services to anyone.
