Nikki is awesome!
The first time we met Nikki we were pre-qualified for our mortgage and she made sure she knew for how much and what kind. She asked and listened to what was important to us in a home. She offered to look and send us suggestions. This was on her wedding anniversary! We did not know that until later that day.

The first home she suggested, we had looked at online. Honestly, we had planned to not look at it. Nikki listened to us and used her expertise to find us exactly what we wanted. This home was perfect! So glad we trusted her! She possesses a special talent!

The best part of all was that she was with us from beginning to end. From showing the home, making an offer, contacting our mortgage company to move forward with financing, answering any question or concern that came along the way, updating us on any information she received, and sat at the closing table with us.

Buying a home is very stressful at times, Nikki was always right there to do whatever it took to encourage us and explain what was next so we were not overwhelmed. She was the.center of the circle of communication between us, the sellers and their realitor, and the mortgage company. She definitely made us her priority!

We will be forever grateful to Nikki for helping us reach for and accomplish a dream. We already have and will continue to give her name and number to anyone wanting to own a home. She is one of a kind and having her by your side is a gift from heaven.
