When I told my property manager that I was ready to sell my home in Maui, he told me he had an awesome colleague who could help me. That person was Bill Buffington. I thought to myself "How good can this guy really be?"

Within 1 day of signing paperwork, Bill had my property listed. The first day it was listed, we had three showings. The second day it was listed, we had two offers. In less than 35 days, the deal was closed. That has to be a record for Maui.
