Wow. Where do I started. Her and the team did a phenomenal job of selling my moms house. She was tireless with holding several open houses, numerous people being lookie Lou's and having the patience of Job in dealing with me and my thousand questions and requests. In the end with several contract adjustments due to the poor neighborhood she was able to still get more than I thought we could get for the house. She took a house that my parents bought in 1970 for $8,950 and sold it for $170,000. This will help my mom live out her final chapter of life in comfort and not have to worry about any money. I met Cynthia about 9 years ago when I was taking a RE training course she used to teach. She was always so knowledgeable, friendly and willing to give her time to help anyone out. We connected and built a nice friendship. I later decided to not pursue a RE career but we stayed in touch. When my family decided to move, I reached out to her for help because I felt she was the best person to help us find our forever home. Not only did she help me buy my personal home but we have worked on multiple business deals as well. Most recently, we worked together on purchasing 4 rental properties via the time sensitive 1031 Exchange process. It was very short notice but within a week she scheduled 8 showings for us and we were in contract on 4 of them. That is not an easy task in the current RE market. Had it not been for her expertise and her relationships there is no way we would have met our deadlines and closed on the properties. She is not a Realtor who is only looking to make a sale. She truly cares about her clients and wants to meet their every need. She gives the best guidance and puts 150% of herself in every thing she does. Whenever we are together people always come up to her and say "You were my RE teacher! I loved your class!" -- to know her is to love her. I can't say enough good things about my working relationship with her and I truly value her friendship. She really is the best!

Jim is knowledgeable, patient, flexible, and is not afraid to manage deals long distance. He doesn't just show you houses. Jim gives you tours of the area and helps you learn about the area you may call home. We visited Florida in April and spent many days touring houses with Jim. A house had not been secured before we returned to our home state. Shortly after returning home, we were able to reach an agreement with a seller. Jim worked tirelessly to get us to settlement on the house. Being over 1,000 miles away, we did not have to worry. Jim was our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. The purchase was finalized yesterday, and Jim is still assisting us, offering to keep an eye on our home until we can arrive later this month.
Some realtors make the purchase of a house about what THEY want you to have. But, not Jim. He is all about getting you what you want! I am already singing his praises to my friends who are looking to make Florida their home. Trust me when I say, TRUST JIM!

Charlene was a great listing agent! In addition to being friendly, on-time, and super organized, proactive is probably the best word to describe Charlene. We had quite a lag between contacting Charlene and going on the market - we hired a contractor to repair a few things before we listed, and one thing led to another, and there went four months! During that time before we listed, Charlene was proactive in developing a creative marketing plan for our unique property, proactive in talking our property up to other agents in town, and proactive in showing our property (with our permission!) to out-of-town buyers when they were in-town. We were out-of-town owners and Charlene was a godsend for coordinating inspections and other contractors. She's a great resource who has a great handle on the pulse of the local market.
